What you get from a workshop that plans, cuts, and installs in-house
Every cabinet is drawn in 3D before a single sheet is cut, so you see the layout, door swings, and drawer positions before fabrication starts.
CNC machining keeps panel edges square and consistent, which means fewer gaps, straighter doors, and a cleaner fit on site.
Soft-close hinges, pull-out organizers, and full-extension drawers are fitted as standard options, not as afterthoughts.
Plywood, MDF, and solid wood are matched to the room's humidity and use, so the cabinet survives the kitchen, not just the showroom.
Edge banding and finish application happen in our shop, not on your floor, which keeps dust and noise out of your home.
One team handles the drawing, machining, and fitting, so questions about dimensions or hardware get answered by the people doing the work.
Process overview
Our workflow is built around clear milestones, so you always know what happens next and what to expect at each stage of your cabinetry project.
We start with a free on-site or remote consultation to measure your space, discuss storage habits, and map out traffic flow. Within a week you receive a 3D layout with cabinet dimensions, door styles, and material suggestions for plywood, MDF, or solid wood.
Once the layout is approved, we finalize the material list and hardware details. This includes choosing edge banding, soft-close hinges, pull-out organizers, and finish options. You get a detailed quote with itemized costs before any cutting begins.
Your panels are precision-cut on our CNC machine, then edge-banded and drilled for hardware. Each piece is labeled and dry-fitted in the workshop to catch any alignment issues before it reaches your site.
Our installation team delivers and mounts your cabinets, adjusts doors and drawers, and checks every hinge and runner. We walk through the finished space with you, confirming that all storage zones work as planned.
We do a final inspection together, covering cleaning instructions, hardware adjustments, and warranty details. Any minor touch-ups are handled on the spot, so you can start using your new cabinetry right away.
