XCA Cabinetry designs and fabricates custom kitchen cabinets, modular wardrobes, and precision-cut storage systems for residential and light commercial interiors. Our work covers 3D layout planning, material selection in plywood, MDF, and solid wood, CNC machining, edge banding, and on-site installation. Any additional work outside this scope, such as plumbing, electrical changes, or structural modifications, must be arranged separately with qualified professionals.
You agree to provide accurate measurements, clear access to the installation site, and timely decisions on material, finish, and hardware choices. Delays in confirming these details may shift the production schedule. If site conditions differ from what was documented during the consultation, we will discuss the impact on timeline and cost before proceeding.
Quotes are based on the layout, materials, and hardware specified at the time of estimation. Once you approve the final design and quote, we begin fabrication. Changes requested after approval may affect both the price and the delivery date. We will always confirm any revised figures in writing before making the change.
Our team installs the cabinetry on-site and checks that doors, drawers, and hardware operate correctly before handover. Minor adjustments may be needed after a few weeks of use as materials settle; we will guide you on what to watch for. Damage caused by improper use, water exposure, or alterations made after installation is not covered under our workmanship warranty.
We take care to follow approved drawings and industry standards, but we cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of use, or costs arising from delays caused by factors outside our control, including material supply issues or site access problems. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that specific order.
