You choose between plywood, MDF, or solid wood for the carcass and doors. We also lock down hinges, runners, and organizers at this stage, because drawer depth and door weight change how the unit is machined.
Panels are cut on our CNC router with the exact dimensions from the approved layout. Every exposed edge gets banded before assembly, so the finish stays clean even on cutouts for sinks and hob units.
We assemble each cabinet in the workshop first. Doors are hung, drawers are run, and gaps are checked against the plan. This is where we catch alignment issues while adjustments are still cheap.
Our crew delivers the units and fits them in your space. We level the cabinets, fix them to the wall, and adjust the hardware so everything opens and closes as it should. We also handle trim pieces and plinth details.
You get a walkthrough of the installed cabinetry, including how to adjust soft-close mechanisms and which cleaning products are safe for the finish. If something needs a tweak after a few weeks, we come back and sort it.
